      Septorhinoplasty: If Both Are Necessary<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      In cases where there are problems both inside and outside the nose\u2014meaning noses that are crooked, blocked, and misshapen\u2014two procedures are combined in a single session. This situation\u00a0septorhinoplasty<\/strong>\u00a0It is being said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      According to clinical series, cases where septoplasty is performed alone constitute only %9-37% of all nasal surgeries. This means that the vast majority of patients actually require a combined intervention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      What Do the Results Say?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      A systematic review of 16 studies and 2,270 patients shows that septo\/rhinoplasty provides long-term quality of life gains in the physical, psychological, and social domains; it improves both breathing function and self-confidence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      In prospective septorhinoplasty cohorts, significant improvements in both nasal obstruction scores (NOSE scale) and aesthetic satisfaction are reported starting from the 6th month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
